The Japanese Daruma is a good luck charm symbolizing perseverance and fortune:
you paint one eye while making a wish or setting a goal, then paint the second eye once it has been achieved.

With this creation, I offer a modern and realistic version of the Daruma, while respecting its traditional symbolism and the iconic red color, associated with luck and success.

• Hand-sanding to achieve a smooth surface before painting

Hand-Painted & Refined Finishes

Each piece is treated like a small artwork:

• Hand-painted, using both brush and airbrush, with pigment-rich paints
  

Slight variations may appear from one Daruma to another – that’s the beauty of handmade work.

Traditional Red & Long-Lasting
